“The main thing about chronicon is that it really is a declaration that we deserve to be celebrated and deserve to live full lives even while our bodies are going through what they are going through,” – Nitika Chopra
Nitika Chopra is a wellness entrepreneur, Self Love Guru, and founder and CEO of Chronicon. Featured in various magazines such as Vogue India, Forbes, and Allure, Nitika is passionate about providing an inspirational voice and supporting people in finding more self-love by creating a lifestyle in which they are able to reflect upon themselves. The Universal Radio Network’s own Sapreet Buttar had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Nitika about maintaining a positive outlook in life, the hurdles and challenges women around the world face, social media, Chronicon and much more in this interview.
At the beginning of their conversation, Sapreet and Nitika discuss how she’s able to maintain a positive outlook in a timeline where women face many hurdles and challenges (2:45), the different ways of approaching challenges in life while maintaining a positive attitude (7:27), how we can balance the various aspects of social media in order to understand how it can affect us either positively or negatively (10:53), and how we can properly recognize and deal with negative emotions instead of sweeping them under the rug or brushing them aside (18:35). Next Nitika talks about chronicon and what it is about (27:09), the focus of chronicon of allowing different individuals to thrive no matter their situation (31:26), and the importance of having a solid support system and recognizing the small things and achievements in our lives (34:33). Afterwards, Nitika talks about how people can sign up and register for chronicon (39:08), the aspect of chronicon that she is the proudest of (41:07), and finally, what advice she would give to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to capitalize on an idea they potentially have (43:57).
